This is most likely an issue with your internet connection between you and us. Take the speed test. Also see if selecting the medium or low resolution option helps. Be sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed. DVRd content is less sensitive to network speed, so if DVRd content plays back smoother than live, it is most likely a bandwidth issue. Also try rebooting your computer (users on laptops especially tend to let them run for weeks on end without a reboot and Windows will not run efficiently after a while). If you are on a paid plan and are not satisfied, you can request a refund.
